I lived in a countryside town in eastern Finland, in north-eastern Europe where the four seasons determine a lot of how life has to be lived. I am a writer. The large Saimaa lake district is famous for it's nature and summer cottages, and the town Savonlinna in it for it's medieval castle and the summer time opera festival in it, and the Savo people for doing things wisely in their own personal ways. I live in an apartment house with a forest patch outside the window ADVICES FOR MAKING HOME NICE

Moving to live in another town
If one isn't satisfied with one's life where one lives and where one maybe grew up, then one usually cannot change the area's culture and ways since they depend on the location and on which good sides it offers to those who move to live there. So what is lacking, is that one should have chosen oneself where one wants to live in, and that one ought to move to live there, in a place whose culture, ways and main professions etc one likes, is soulmates with. Then one ought not take along so much things from the old place but instead buy new ones from the place that one moves to. And so the cost of moving aren't so high, if it is just a one-way bus ticket or a couple of car journeys with someone to help to carry the things. But in the new place there are new things to take into account, also crime. And if one loves the new culture, one isn't so much satisfied with any need of journeys back to the old place. But if one needs to buy all things new then that of course costs a lot, even though it can help to adapt to the new culture, but to begin with one propably does not recognize the local options, groups of people to belong to and what obe oneslef would be like living there.
